All dishes may be picked up/delivered warm, or we can send them out with precise cooking instructions to ensure maximum food quality by reheating in your own kitchen! We suggest that you select a variety of sides and entrees to make a well rounded meal.

Trays feed 12 people. Cost is $60 per tray.

Main Protein Dishes
Trays feed 12 people.

  • Baked Chicken Rigatoni, pulled chicken , caramelized onions , squash & zucchini, fontina-sage béchamel, grated grana Padano cheese, herb bread crumbs - $80 per tray
  • Classic Lasagna, house made pasta sheets, traditional tomato meat sauce, spinach mushrooms, mozzarella and ricotta cheese - $80 per tray
  • Tenderloin Tips Stroganoff with fettuccine, snap peas and carrots - $120
  • Chicken Vegetable Brochettes - $80 per tray
  • Chicken Paillard Picatta, tender scallopine of 4 oz chicken breast, seared, then baked with lemon-caper pan sauce - $95 per tray
  • Rotisserie Roasted Chicken, herbed poultry jus - $80 for 10 half chickens
  • Mixed Seafood Linguini with spicy pesto linguine, seasonal assortment of seafood, and sun dried tomatoes - $150 ($185 for Shrimp only linguini)
  • Side of Whole Roasted Salmon Filet - $150 per side for approximately 5 lb.
  • Whole Roasted Tenderloin of Beef - $215 each for approximately 4.5 lb.
